    2 scoops of protein
    12oz of 1% Milk
    1 cup of quick oats
    all in a shaker cup ( drink/chew) it down. The banana I eat separate.

    Immediately upon arriving home I drink protein shake 54 grm. protein and eat around 1/2 cup oatmeal. Try to eat around 6-8 meals a day and get 300-400 gm protein, 90 gm carbs and around 20 gm fat....

    Good nutrition pre and post for sure, But I like my albuterol inhalation too

    70g Gatorade (60g carbs)
    3 servings Humapro OR 20g PeptoPro OR a little of both. Depends of what I have sitting around.
    1g vitamin C

    I drink that at the gym after training. Then I cook up a meal of rice and some type of meat when I get home (right now it's fish because i'm dieting).

    You take in less than 2,000 calories? Is that a typo? Damn that's not much food...

    down a 500 ml container of egg whites a couple bananas then eat a meal an hour later.

    2 scoops of whey, 5mg of creatine mono, about 50g of dextrose.

    Meal with meat and some kind of carb source(rice, pasta, bread, oats).
