Just don't let it mess up your flow, If ya find yourself not digging it, get out fast and pickup something else.

I don't think that I would be able to do p90x, it's super tough.

Well I've been doin this p90x for a while now and I'm here to tell you it's boring but I haven't lost any strength and I've gained a lot of flexibility and cardio has went way up. It's a good program but I'll glad to get back to straight weight training soon. Oh and I bench pressed 100lb dumbbells tonight for eight reps. Body weight 198

That is good db presses 100x8 good for me anyway....

I'm not a fan of P90X... A bunch of hokie / gimmicky bullshit for people who never read a book on training or planned their own diet..

IMO you are better off spending your money on someone who will get to know you and monitor your progress , so he or she can fine tune your diet and training... You'll reach your goals that much faster

My opinion it's not personal or an attack on you... but on P90X... if you want cardio just do mountain climbers or bend and thrust till you puke... Making up stupid names for goofy ass cardio movements (P90X) is insulting if you ask me.....

Finally.... if you are already benching db at 100x8 you are either to big and to strong for P90X. P90X is for dancers.

Good luck with your training and diet....... Send back P90X and get your money back...

Yea I never would pay for nothing like this. What happened is a buddy of mine had it and asked if I would do the program with him so I have but I told him the other day when 90 days are up I'm done. I still been sneaking in some good weight training days too and basically using the p90x for cardio.

I been following my own meal plan too and not the p90x stuff. They over complicate things. Diet isn't hard to figure out. Just get your calories right adjust your macros for your goals and stick to it.
