    Tuesday 9/24 bys and trys
    Overhead cable extensions 110x15,130x10x3
    Scullcrushers supersetted with close grip bench 60x15x3. Close grip to failure
    reverse grip pushdowns 100x15x3
    Incline DB curls stop and hold at half Rep 25x10x3 each arm
    Preacher DB curls 50x6x3 each arm
    Did what i call buddy curls where you and your training partner face each other and one person curls 40lbs on the strait bar for ten reps then hand it off. You never sit down the weight and you try to make your partner quit. I have no idea how many reps i did but it was an assload!

    Yea its great to have somebody to push you past your limits and we're both really competitive so we're always trying to out do each other

    Wednesday 9/25 legs
    Squats 135x10,185x5,225x5,135x9
    Hack squats feet together 3 plates each side x10x3
    Leg curls 135x8x3
    Seated calf raises 2 platesx15 with 10 second hold at top x 3 sets
    Supersetted curls and calf's

    Walked 3mph x 1hr

    I trained with a couple of guys years ago and it was very motivating for me, they wouldn't let me use the "I'm a woman" as an excuse, I was pushing myself to the limit each time.

    I've lifted with girls before that were serious lifters and great training partners. They usually killed me on leg day too LOL.

    Just had one of those awefull days at the gym so i just got done what i could and got out
    Deadlifts 135x5,225x5,315x3x3
    T-bar125x10,175x6x3,125x10
    Wide grip pulldown 200x6x3,150x10
    Not very impression but it just wasn't my day.
