    Monday 9/16 chest

    Incline DB press 60x20, 80x12x2, 60x15
    Decline BB press 225x8x2, 185x12
    Floor DB press 60x20x3
    Machine flys 195x15x3
    Pushups 35x3

    Walked 3.5 MPH 30min.

    Thursday 9/19 shoulders and traps
    Cleans into shoulder press 12,10,8,6
    Rear flys 12,10,8,6
    Front raises12,10,8,6
    That equals one set. I did 4 sets of this circuit.

    Wide grip pulldowns 210x6reps +4 negatives x3 sets
    Preacher curls 60x12x4
    Seated hammer curls 25x10x3

    10min on Rowe machine
    10min wind sprints
    10min slow jog
