    overall good workout but i can do a bit better, i do have more weights sitting there with stickers on them lol i can add more weight to some exercise and add a few more to my routine even if i cant make it to the gym just yet but soon.

    So i will come up with something a little bit different for the next one. Still a good workout not disappointed but time to change it up a little.

    There are lots of routines out there, just be consistent and you wil get where you want to be.

    worked out today and has said i upped the weights. Awesome workout!

    stretch using stretch cable
    random movements x 2

    push ups kept the same pace has last time might slow them down even more

    bend over rows with curl bar

    one arm dumbbells rows each arm
    25x14
    25x13

    shrugs
    50x16
    50x15

    shoulder press
    25x13
    25x12

    dead lifts with dumbbells
    50x25
    50x20

    sitting triceps extensions with curl bar

    40x10

    standing alternating dumbbells curls
    25x18

    standing bicep curls with curl bar

    sit ups

    well it was a good workout im happy about it but its true i surpassed what i have at home, i hope my job situation is fixed soon i really need to hit the gym. I did not realize how ready i was and how stronger i really had become.

    But for now its all i have so i will keep at it the best i can!

    stretched using cables
    random movement x 2

    push ups

    dumbbells shrugs
    50x13
    50x12

    bend over rows with curl bar
    40x13
    40x12

    sit ups
    21x1
    16x1

    sitting triceps extensions with curl bar
    40x12
    40x11

    alternating dumbbells curls
    25x20

    standing biceps curls with curl bar
    40x10

    workout got cut short a little bit today but i will finish the rest tomorrow for sure, I ended up going to the beach and made sure to move around spend has much energy has possible. Trowing around a 70 lbs kid is sort of a work out i guess lol good times!

    my step son is a bit chunky so finally is mom is cutting back is food before it gets out of hand!

    Good workout! The addition at the end really for my heart pumping!
