    Default Trifecta training log!

    Still taking zma at night i love it works wonders! I found today that if i don't eat a big meal the var pumps me up more. I take it one hour before a workout.


    I just ate a granola bar with it, i will try it next workout see if its good for me.


    warmed up with stretch bands works for me!
    random movement x 2


    dumbbells shrugs i tried putting my shoulders back more today and i could get a better range of motion!

    bend over rows with curl bar

    push ups
    24x1
    17x1


    sit ups
    21x1
    16x1


    sitting triceps extensions with curl bar
    35x13
    35x12


    standing alternating dumbbells curls i think im ready for 25lbs each hand will try next workout
    20x24


    standing biceps curl with curl bar didn't squeeze has much today. Will make sure next time

    Hi bud, what is your goal? Also, Var is better taken on an empty stomach as it is partially fat soluble.

    thanks thats what i tought also after the pumps i got that day compared to the other days. I will time it more for a empty stomach.

    im just working out at home and trying to follow 1 day on and one day off. Im new to this and was really out of shape so now soon once my life issues are fixed i will join a gym with a friend that is way more advance then me and twice my size.

    i always wanted big muscle ever since the Arnold days! i grew up watching these guys kick ass lol

    I was on ym way there at one point when i was around 24 but then life too a wrong turn. So now that everything is back on par i had to get back in shape.

    So now im 33 and its now or never. Since im on trt for life it made the choice even easier.
