    Sup ladies fellas I'm doing my first physique show on May 4th. I'm newer here so I'm going to try to document with pictures and diet whats its like leading to a show. I'm also planning on doing another June 28th.

    This was about 3 months ago when I started

    took this after cardio this morning

    right now eating wise

    breakfast after a hour of cardio
    7oz 99% ground turkey
    half cup of oatmeal
    greens, multi and tsp of fish oil

    meal 2
    99% ground turkey 7oz
    1oz of almond butter
    greens

    meal 3
    2 scoops of whey mixed with a half cup of oatmeal

    meal 4
    8oz talapia
    1oz almond butter
    greens

    meal 5
    8oz talapia
    1oz almond butter
    greens

    before bed
    2 scoops of whey

    ive been traing 2 body parts a day super setting everything 12-15 reps light weight

    currently using a cut stack works out to be 650 prop 500 tren 500 mast a and 75 of var a day.
    Im drinking 2 gallons of water a day also just started dyazide to get rid of water

    Braw, your pictures are out of order and 3 are the same. Your 3 months out is way better than supposedly the one you took this AM.

    Great job your muscle maturity from 3 months to now is crazy. More like 3 years at least in the pecs. Awesome work.
