    Default H4x come back log

    After an injury (serious hamstring tear), a new baby and new job... I took way too much time off. I have joined Mammoths new gym and he is training me once again. I just started back last week and feeling pretty weak. We did some mobility work, a lot of stretching and foam rolling, Deads, Squats, Bench (trying to get a percentage down) pull-ups and core work.

    I will post here daily with my diet and training. My goal is get back to over a 500lb Dead at under 200. Mammoth has a requirement that we compete in either strongman or power lifting, so at some point I will be doing one or the other.

    Current Stats 180lbs 5' 9" 32" waist

    Today Meals:

    6 whole eggs
    2 potatoes
    1/2 yellow onion
    1/4 cup of cheese
    1/4 stick of butter

    2 slice of Wheat Bread
    1/4lb of Turkey
    1/4lb of Ham
    2 Slices Provolone
    Mustard

    8 oz Vegetable Pasta
    2 cups diced tomato
    1lb Turkey Meatballs

    1 cup peanuts

    6 Turkey Meatballs (approx 1/2lb)

    I will try, he's hardheaded about everything, I'm not sure if forums are his thing. You should see that dude now, he's over 400lb again and working for his pro-card in Strongman.

    Evening weight 188lbs (it's normal for me to gain 4-7 lbs during a day)

    Today Meals:

    Totally sloppy right now but it really doesn't matter right now my BF is low enough that I'm not worried

    Home made whole wheat pancakes from scratch
    4 eggs

    Chicken Fajitas

    home made tortillas

    Had the same Fajitas a few hours later

    Beef Stew/Soup (beef, carrots, celery, onion, green beans, lima beans, green peas)

    Starting to push the new hamstring a bit everything still feels scary tight but the strength is slowly coming back and things are starting to loosen up

    So I decided to run a small dose of Test to help a bit with my recovery. It's been a long time since I've injected anything I put 1.5cc into a virgin Delt probably a little on the fast side. Holy shit felt like I got hit with a bat almost instantly, I'm laying here with a heating pad on my shoulder whining like a little bitch.... Ahhhhhh it's good to be back
