    Default My breakfast shake

    I drink this in the morning, since i was a kid I cant eat whole foods soon as I wake up like some can. So heres what I have!

    6oz Almond Milk
    1/2 banana
    5-6 berries
    1 tablespoon Natty PB
    1/4cup dried Old Fashion Oatmeal (not instant)
    40g Protein powder
    3/4 glass of ice cubes and blend all together!

    If I can con my Aunt out of her Vta Mixer for Christmas, I will start adding 1/8 cup of egg beaters again

    Im with you sm shakes are the only way i get breakfast in.

    *****Breakfast Bomb*****


    1 cup Rolled Oats
    3 scoops Protein Powder
    1 medium diced Apple
    1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Splenda
    2 cups Milk ( 1% )
    1 cup Greek Yogurt
    4 Ice Cubes


    Calories ---1030
    Protein---87g
    Fat---29g
    Carbs---95g

    Holy shit Ude! Thats a monster! Sounds like to classes worth @ 16oz +. How long does it take you to drink that? Do you get some crazy, nasty gas from that to?
