    Seen the pics of your arms their looking good bro, I need to order these to get my forearm strengh up, today is second time I've pulled my forearms while shrugging they give out before my traps do, I've stopped using straps to get forearms built up but I think these will work better.. Post or pm me a link bro.. Thanks and stay after it!

    Took yesterday off, the program calls for 5 on 2 off but I'm putting this off day mid week to help cns recovery. It's still the same amount of days off just a different order. Felt much better after the day off. No problems to speak of. One thing of note is that I'm doing these as no-set closes. I'm not setting the gripper to parallel or doing credit card closes. My goal isn't to CCS the #3 just because that's the minimum Ironmind needs to certify, my goal is to pick it up off of a table and close it so hard I grind the handles to dust, from fully open state.

    Had to take a few days off due to wrist pain, will be adding some wrist roller work and some wrist/reverse wrist curls. Will be back to it tomorrow, I have been doing some high rep maintenance work though in the meantime.

    As you can see this isn't KTA but the more I thought about it the more I realized when it comes to grip I have always done well using mid-high rep as my strength and endurance both seem to benefit. Maybe I will come back to KTA once I get to where I feel it more suits me maybe I won't. I've never been one to blindly follow a program. I had more in me strength wise but my calluses are softer than they were and it seems to have ripped up my hands a bit, I will work back into it. Going to do some wrist specific work and some extensor bands tomorrow.
