    Gonna update this thing now. Head is a lil hazy from coming off the pain meds, so bare with a brutha.

    Chest / Shoulders / Tris

    Incline Bench Press - 3 warm ups, 1 work set = 155x4
    Flat Bench Press - 1 warm up, 1 work set = 155x6
    Flat Flies - 1 work set = 45x10
    Dumb Bell Shoulder Press - 3 warm ups, 1 work set = 50x3
    Face Pulls - 1 work set = 45x13
    Scull Crushers - 1 warm up, 1 work set = 35x10
    Tricep Pull Downs - 1 work set = 50x8
    Body Weight Dips - 1 work set = 5 reps

    Pull Ups - 2 work sets = 5/4 reps
    Seated Rows - 1 warm up, 1 work set = 120x8
    Dumb Bell Rows - 1 work set = 45x12
    Hyper Ext - 2 work sets = 14/12
    Dumb Bell Shrugs - 2 warm ups, 1 work set = 70x14
    EZ Bar Curls - 1 warm up, 1 work set = 35x12

    Okay, this is where I had to pick up after working @ that gym during the opening shift which screwed up everything. Plus the other issues I had going on that are now done with.
