    2/9/2012 Lower Body 2

    Body Weight Squats 10x2
    Front Squats barX10, 135x10x2, 185x8x2, 225x3
    DeadLift Sumo 225x5, 315x5, 405x2, 405x1, rest, 365x3x6
    Incl db rows (elbows flared) 35x16, 35x12, 40x10, 40x8
    Superset:
High Steps (knee parallel) 12eX2 (focus on eccentric move)
    w/ Back Extension 20x2

    T-K-E 12eX3
    Foamroll

I'm gassed after this. Felt strong going into deadlifts. Thought I could do 405x3x8 (8 sets of 3), but I just ran out of umph?? wanting to much to fast.. Added the db incl to give my lower body a chance to recover before finishing.... focus on high steps was keeping the knee very stable......

    2/12/12 Squats

    Cardio AM: versaclimber 30min 72ft/min, 6-7" step

    Noon:
Back Lunges off a 6" box 12x3 (bodyweight)
    Back Squats (raw) 145x12x2, 235x10x2, 285x6
    10 count Static Hold 415x1, 505x1, 555x1
Back Squats (knee wraps) 315x3, 365x3
Lat Pulls x20+, x16, x14 (didn't look at st. stuck pin in repped out and moved + each set.)
    TKE 20x3 (2 count hold)

    Foam roll groin, IT band.

I was told that I should be able to standup with 750lbs, so that when I start putting 500+ on my pack for singles I can stand up solid and not waste alot of energy stabalizing the bar at the start of the lift. I admit I can be a bit wobbly with heavy singles tryin to get everything lined up to sit back into the squat.. Static holds will be in and out of my squat routine... I'll probably do my Aux work on Monday. My legs are pretty tired now..

    Good work N_R!
30 min on the versaclimber and a weightlifting session ... that would kill my legs that's for sure.

750lbs is a sick amount of weight but you can do it. Be sure to get a vid of it.

Thanks MG and BI. Supposedly (from what I'm being told) the human body can support a lot of weight if you are lined up properly from head to heel...

If I ever get to 750 you can be sure I'm getting it on video... LOL Lately I'm just happy having a decent day training...
