    I hit everyone 2-3 times a week. Usually following a setup similar to DC but geared more towards the powerlifts. I think hitting a muscle once a week is just dumb. Muscles start recovering immediately. It's not the muscle that takes forever to recover, it's the CNS. If you properly manage your volume, you can hit the same muscle more than just once a week. Otherwise all those olympic lifters training the same lift every day would be dying and/or all tiny weak nothings.

    Consider the fact that after lifting, protein synthesis in those muscles is elevated for 36 hours at best, peaking at 24 hours out... If you are only hitting that muscle once a week, you are only getting 36 hours of elevated protein synthesis in those muscles each week, you hit a muscle twice a week and you get 48 - 72 hours of muscle growth in each muscle every week. Seems kinda like a no brainer to me.

    Well, I'm not really "on" anymore since I'm only running TRT and don't have any intention on changing that.

    Directly everything gets hit 1x week, but there is a lot of carryover with my lifting so I can't really say I work a certain bodypart only 1x week. Everything gets worked directly and than again indirectly throughout other workouts.

    I do a push/pull routine I hit push and pull muscles twice per week and legs once per week.

    Good explanation, but if your lifts(pr's) were better than mine, I might take your advice.

    kinda once.. kinda twice

    quads/hams/back have some overlap

    arms shoulders chest do too

    ill still go with once
    except abs 3X and calves 3X

    Each body part one time a week directly . . . 2-3 times a week indirectly depending on what kind if split I'm working

    Same, but like Peach I may have to push a workout an extra day or get it in a day earlier.

    I don't change between "ON" and "OFF".
