    Yesterday was leg training, every lift numbers are goin up,155 for 10 reps on squats. Gonna take forever to get back to where I was a couple years ago.

    You are making forward progress and thats whats important. Juust keep doing what youre doin and all will be good. Good job brother!

    Just did 5 miles on the bike, legs aren't to sore, tomorrow will tell. Deadlifts tomorrow nite

    Deadlifts felt good tonite, did 265 for 10 reps
    Dumbbell rows 50, 55,60
    Barbell curls 45,55,60
    Dumbbell preacher curl 15,20,25
    Oh, started with 33 pull ups

    My bench press sucks, other than that I was pretty happy with everything else tonite here's the #'s
    Incline bench 95 135 155
    Flat dumbbell bench 45 55 60
    Dumbbell flys 30 35 40
    Military press 45 95 115
    Scull crushers 30 40 45
    Seated overhead tricep press 45 50 55
    My last set of bench presses I did 10 reps, took a couple breaths and eeked out 2 more, I bet all the girls here are lifting more than that! The last set of military presses only did 7 reps, i'm thinking about doin them on a separate night, my shoulders are toast by the time I'm done with barbell and dumbbell presses I guess I should have had my shoulders fixed after I separated both of them in a motocross wreck a few years ago. Anyway this is how my training is going slowly but surely I'll get where I want to be, every thing you read here is the truth! Did another 3 mile run this morning.

    Trying to do too much in one night, gonna split things up a little better, my shoulders need more attention
