    30 pull ups, 3 sets of deadlifts finished with 245 for 10 reps. Dumbbell rows and barbell curls, no big numbers just tryin for good form, still nursing a messed up finger, stayin focused!

    Awesome bro!! training logs also help keep you focued. they only take a couple minutes a day and you can look back and see progress. I'm no giant, but through stayin on track and moving up slowly I have managed to make some nice gains. I will be 40 in september and am in the best shape of my life now... 20 somethings at the gym are amazed...haha just sayin bro keep it up, stay focused and it will come...

    just finished Chest workout all these numbers are the last set for 10 reps
    Incline bench 155
    Flat bench dumbbell 55
    Incline flys 45
    Military press 105
    Skull crushers 40
    Seated overhead dumbbell press 55
    Ran 3 miles this a.m. Tuesday nite squats again, can't wait!
