    I dont think im gonna have nothign but "bread and butter" movemetns in there. I love how my delts look from raises..... You might have a point. I dunno. Im gonna work it out later tonight....ill post what im gonna do

    Personally i run the bread and butter routine solely every year and gain some of my best strength and size on it. I think that cable movements are ok personally i dont feel like cable flies or flies in general do much for me but ik that tri pds work well for me.

    if isolation exercises made dramatic noticeable changes, then EVERYONE would be using a Bowflex instead

    when you have a frame that benches 3 plates, plus, has squated over 4 plates a side for years on end, deadlift even heavier, you have a good frame.

    and is this a powerlifting USA site, or a bodybuilding site? The best physiques on the planet have been built how? Hmm, oh yeah, they all train with a variiety of methods, the way I described the majority of the time. A few times per year, sure, do the compounds only for say 6-12 weeks...

    Free weights, machines, cables are what builds the nicest, fullest, roundest, nicest looking bodies, not doing uniquely compounds....

    Friday
    Squats
    Front Squats
    Kneeling Leg Curls

    and abs and calvs again....




    Hows this look? I can only work out mon, tue, wed, and fri. Im gonna do abs at home on wed night. So abs and calvs 2 times per week. Gonna be doing about 12sets for larger muscles and 9 for small.

    How does all the movements look? Anything you guys would change up for good mass gain?

    that's much better wood.....don't be afraid to play with rep ranges, number of sets, and exercise order....all based on how you feel that particular day

    looks good wood...if you want another tri movement to sub in at some point DB skullz is a solid choice. They help alot and hit all three parts of the tri
