Looks good Woodrow. You should ad "Resident Post Whore" in your signature just for spite.
A heavy set of deadlifts can also cause any nearby women to spontaneously concieve a child.

drop all your finishing movements (cables) and you're doing too many sets just do your power movements and those sets......you said you're trying to get big, not look like an abercrombie and queer model!

Seriously. If you want mass you have to train for it and doing "pretty boy" exercises won't get you there. You need to focus on "bread & butter" movements like deadlifts, squats, standing strict press, bench, bent over rows, front squats, rld, sldl, z - press, close grip incline bench, etc.

And also don't try to do 6-7 exercises in a training session. Get in train like your life depends on it, get out, eat and grow. I wouldn't do more than 4 movements and if they are mutli joint, compound movements you won't be able to b/c you'll be spent.

sorry to disagree with your views on the iso movements, but 2 compounds and 1 iso makes a good routine. It can be easier on you cns and you still recruit alot of muscle fibers. Also what if you want to work a certain part of the tricep? cable movements are better for this at the end of a workout. LOL at you're pretty boy comments, I assume the goal is to look good and aesthetic, I don't get the recent "trend" the shit on stufff like flyes, cable movements these days while saying you're so tough becasue you don't do them...

It's easy to train hard, it's hard to train smart...

Cable chest flies probably give me the most burn/pump out of all my chest movements. Im gonna try only the "bread and butter" routines, as BI called them, for 8 weeks to see how i they work for me.

keep us posted, but when I stop doing stuff like lying side raises for delts, I lose roundness and fullness in my shoulders, I'll even say those routines suck if you like looking like a bodybuilder. Not to discourage you to try this, just stating my experience with them. I would do them in the winter months if I were to....
