    Figured i would start my log over here. Kinda slow where i have been doing it....ill keep doing it there also . I do a 4day split. Back/calfs, Chest/Bi, Shoulders/Tri, Legs/Abs (i need to add calfs and abs on another day also)


    Feel free to criticize my training. I would love it

    Goal is to gain muscle mass!! Im at about 10% BF at the moment which is fine. Id like to be lower, but id rather work on getting my big on.

    ok.... not the most wonderful diet currently but this is how im doing it now.

    Not really stuffing my face currently.

    8am: 6eggs (2whole) & banana
    10am: Shake & 1/2cup of oats
    12pm: 2 large pulled pork sandwiches, or chicken breast sandwhiches, or chicken salad sandwhiches.
    3pm: Tuna & 4eggs
    6pm: Chicken breast (aprox 250g)
    9pm: Dinner (whatever the wife cooks...usually something decently healthy)
    11pm: Shake w/milk



    This is what im doing currently... it was about 3400-4000 calories & 350g protein depending on what was for dinner.

    6:00 meal. 250g??? Are you eating 8-10 breasts????

    I also have to eat at work....i need to modify my meals, but its a bitch already trying to eat at work

    OK so are you gaining some weight from this diet or just maintaining? For work depending on what you have to do i found that PB&Js worked really well. sorry for the nit picking questions
