    Thanks Chuck
Fatigue day - New gym trying this place out for a month or so. Old school style place. Anybody whos a fan of B. Warren its kinda like metroflex in a way. upped the weight in a few areas. still need to bring up the core.

    Squats - 135/5, 225/5, 315/5, 365/5, 315/5
    Bench - 135/12, 205/6, 225/5, 275/3, 225/5
    Deads - 135/5, 225/5, 315/5, 385/5, 385/4

BI wut would u recommend to build up a solid core? Im already doing back ext twice a week on my fatigue days but i know i need something else any suggestions.

Just wanted to add a little note. Fatigue day is the same as heavy day and reps day goes with saturation. i have a bad habit of interchanging words like that.

Old gym decided to take on a tree and the tree won so they're closed for a bit. Plus my gym is more a commercial gym its nice and all equipment is pretty new and easy to use etc but im getting to a point in my training were i need more then just solid equipment i need a real gym so i found one and im trying it out. ppl at my old gym also began to piss me off to much too, either fing around or doing something thats unsafe and it was just time to move on out at least for right now.

I like to rely on compound movements and not ab exercises for my core strength like Front Squats, OH Squats, OH Lunges, etc. If you haven't tried OH Squats give them a shot they will FRY your lower back and entire ab wall. You can perform them in a squat cage. Just take the pins out and push against the cage itself to help you a bit with stabilizing the bar b/c it's no joke.

OH Squats are killer. They are often used in crossfit. They get the job done.

Nice log bro. Look forward to seeing how this works out. I'll definitely be following.
