    Default MC's Quest

    This is gonna be a log of my summer program, a muscle fatigue and saturation type one. Stats currently are 5' 7" 190lbs. Looking to increase over strength and get some nice growth going. Yesterday was the fatigue day. I run that like a 5x5 hitting all the main lifts squats, deads, bench. Today was fatigue day, so i drop two sets on each lift decrease the weight and up the reps. Working out the kinks right now with see how much i can actually handle. I ran this pretty high intensity short breaks btw sets

    Squats - 135/20, 185/17, 225/12 (reps suppose to be all 20s)
    Deads - 135/20, 185/12, 185/7(reps suppose to be all 15s, forgot that on lift 1)
    Bench - 135/15, 155/12, 155/12
    Smith Flat Press - 65/15, 65/12, 65/10 (weight is each side not total)
    High Rows - 65/15x2, 65/22 (upping weight here)
    Leg Press - 360/40, 450/30, 270/40

    Stretching after all lifts from now on. Wednesday is an off day so no lift tmrw may do cardio tho

    Thanks guys. It helps me stay on track and headed in the right direction. If i mess up you guys know about it and can either ride my ass if i need it or help figure out the wut the problem is.

    ive done it b4 during my bulk to help with deads and squats, but it kinda went on the way side after i ended that run back on it now because of the intensity of the program.

    Heavy Day - Switching up the line up moving the deads to last and the bench in btw squats and deads. Update on the oral tren, nice cough with it had that with tren a tho too, sweats at night are much worse pill is always soaked but thats it, aggression is much high and small things get me rly ticked. This is just a short run I have to end it next week, mainly i wanted to test it out see how it respond. As for physical affects, im much harder noticed that after day two, chest is rock solid, arms are bigger despite not doing arm lifts, and mid section looks leaner even tho weight is up. This program is tough and its gonna take awhile to get use to it.

    Squat - 135/5, 225/5, 315/5, 365/4, 315/5
    Dead - 135/5, 225/5, 315/5, 365/2 (yup ), 315/4 - deads should not be that low main reason for the switch
    Bench - 135/5, 205/5, 225/5, 245/5, 265/3

    Stretched and left

    -did some heavy ups after my last squat load the bar up to 495 lifted it up held it for 10 sec set it back down. did this again with 515/10sec, and 545/10sec dont know y but 365 felt heavier then even the 545. Ill do this gain tmrw and see how it goes. Bar level is usually just above the nipple line for me so lifting this up is actually rather difficult but it wasnt as bad as i thought it was gonna be.

    Last shot Tren A was sunday, Currently running Oral Tren at 500mcg now this will take me till sunday then im off as i need to start getting some endurance back.
