LOL! Thanks Millie. Haven't been training as seriously with the iron as I have been with the trail conditioning. Specifically building up my tolerance for walking/hiking again. My lungs took a really bad hit last year and I had to stop trail-running. Just getting ready to purchase my 'foot wear' for the trails this coming year.

I need to do more conditioning ... I remember climbing to the top of the Sabino Canyon years back .. thought I was gonna faint!

Hello Rockin! Thank you my friend! Nice avi! Just this board for now. I have so much going on my life that I figure I'll keep my visits to UM.

Depending on the weather and height of my climb...even in great condition I can get close to that point. I am huge fan of lung/heart stamina conditioning.

The weather was good but my buddy didn't choose the "easy" way to the top
The view up there was simply amazing and worth it!
