    I'm addicted to dairy (Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Cheddar and goat cheese). I eat some every day. Should I change my eating habits?

    Its the best for cutting fat imho. But you need to be careful not to stay in ketosis for too long as you will start to catabolize and lose gains....

    Ive actually did some changes to my dairy intake. I only use goat cheese in salads now. I dont eat any other cheese except cottage very rarely. I may eat yogurt once in a while and i do not drink milk or use milk in any cooking.
    TBH though, I haven't seen any changes in my body due to not eating much dairy. I used to be dairy free but I didnt see any changes then either. So I say if you want to eat dairy then go for it!

    I eat goat Cheddar and sheep Cheddar (I recently tried goat butter and it is a delicacy that I use sparingly because of the calories). I tried dairy alternatives like soy protein. I do eat live yoghurt because of the good bacteria it contains.
