    Looks like some pretty solid, high volume training! Is the "cable lat pulldowns" where you grab "the balls"? Have you ever tried laying face down on a 45* bench & doing your db rows? You can also do your rear delts this way. I like doing them like this because it keeps you strict, less movement from the rest of your body to help you cheat the weight. Just an option.

    Sorry, again, for the lack of posting. This one last project is really screwing me. Luckily its due today, so I'll probably have it done by tomorrow haha.

    Probably posting pics on AB soon... Seriously contemplating on shooting for bikini, maybe by the end of August. BF% sitting around 16%... with super flexible dieting, no cardio (except sex and leg day), and I've been natty since late March. Still making significant gainz while leaning out.

    Like I said, once the project is done I'll be better. Starting to get super stoked about my physique
