    Its angle. Especially for her with arms higher and flexed. If she was to do a front lat spread, u will see a large difference and a much more pronounced taper.

    DB Row
    25lbs X 1 X 10
    30 X 1 X 10
    35 X 1 X 10
    40 X 1 X 10
    25 X 1 X 10

    E-Z Grip WG Lat Pushdown SUPERSET with NG Lat Pushdown SUPERSET with Underhand WG Tricep Pulldown (...I hope that translates well)
    25lbs X 3 X 10 EACH

    CG Seated Cable Row
    60lbs X 1 X 15
    75 X 1 X 12
    85 X 1 X 10
    60 X 1 X 15

    Cable Lat Pulldown?
    10lbs X 3 X 15
    So for this exercise, I use two cable towers, like one is doing chest. Put the thing all the way at the top. Grab the little ball things or clips of the OPPOSITE side. So when you're standing in the middle either your arms or the cables are criss crossed. Then you get on your knees (like a good little girl), with the cables crossed over your head. Arms slightly bent, contract down. Kind of like a lat pulldown, but the stretch at the top is AH-MAZING.

    Bent Over Barbell Rows
    45 X 1 X 15
    95 X 3 X 10

    Rope Lat Pushdowns SUPERSET with Tricep Pushdown 3 WEIGHT DROPSET (tris only)
    RLP - 25lbs X 3 X 10
    TP - 20lbs,15lbs,10lbs X 3 X 10

    Single Arm Seated Cable Rows (burnout set)
    30lbs X 3 X 15

    Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns (just cable)
    5lbs X 3 X 15

    For shits and giggles:
    Ball Crunches 3 X 15
    Bicep Curls 20lbs X 3 X 15

    Felt great today. Gnar pump.

    Maybe it is the angle because the pic of your back looks better than the one from the front.
