    Exactly Arch. I work out during my lunch break and all I have is 30 min total. Most of my cross fit workouts don't exceed 15 to 20 minutes sometimes less. And they make you feel soooooo good!

    WOD


    Repeat for 15 minutes


    20 sec of pull ups
    20 sec of push ups
    20 sec of crunches


    I completed 9 sets and 10 pull ups.


    I had my second session of physio this morning - leg extensions, leg curls. A bit of pain but nothing major. I have my first inject of hyaluronic acid tomorrow (no workouts for a couple of days afterwards).
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.

    My wife has been having trouble with her knee since starting crossfit, I got her a knee wrap it seems to help, she squatted tonite with no pain and no wrap. Now her shoulder is bugging her, she just needs to back off a little, but she's kinda stubborn, like someone else I know

    Stubborn? Me? Naaaaaaa ... Ok maybe just a little
    A lot of people say that crossfit is an injury born to happen ....
