    Fasted cardio -- 40 min treadmill, 540 cals burnt

    PM - light chest and back workout

    Deadlifts
    One arm rows

    Push ups (3 sets of 20)
    Db press
    Db flys
    Pullovers

    1 big set of 30 reps of each exercise.

    Abs

    My left trap is still sore. I will skip shoulders this week.

    I slept 9 hours last night (fell asleep at 7:45 watching TV lol).

    Fasted cardio
    40 min treadmill (between 7 and 8 km/h, 15% incline, 540 cals burnt).

    I got up at 4am and did 35 min treadmill (7 km/h, 15% incline, 510 cals burnt).

    I went back to my old gym during my lunch break. I did a light chest and back workout.

    Pull ups 60
    Lat pulldowns 3 sets (25, 20, 15 reps)

    Push ups 60
    Pec deck 3 sets (25, 20, 15 reps)
    Smith machine (25, 20, 20 reps)

    Abs
    100 reps

    PM -- light bis/tris workout

    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls
    Wrist curls
    Concentration curls

    Triceps kickbacks
    One arm tricep extensions

    1 long set of 40 reps of each exercise -- everything back to back.

    Today was fasted cardio only. Treadmill 4 Km, 35 min, speed between 6.5 and 8 km/h, 430 cals burnt.

    I have today off and got up at 5:30 for fasted cardio: 5.2 km on the treadmill, 15% incline, 572 cals burnt.

    I added a bis/tris workout. A set of 45 reps of each exercise and everything back to back.

    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls
    One arm concentration.p curls
    Wrist curls

    Triceps kickbacks
    Triceps extensions

    Abs
    200 reps
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.
