    Same workout yesterday and today except for the bodyweight exercises



    Today was fasted cardio, 4.7 kilometers, speed between 7.5 and 8 km/hour, 15% incline, 500 cals.

    Bodyweight exercises
    120 push ups
    120 dips
    120 squats
    120 lunges (60 each leg)

    Lunch break
    10 min arm bicycle
    10 min stepper

    I shouldn't have done squats and lunges. My right knee is so sore that I had to see the physio. I called the orthopedist and I'm looking into having a knee replacement after all .....

    150 push ups
    150 dips

    I decided to do shoulders and triceps (light weights)

    Frontal raises
    Seated press
    Reverse flys

    Kickbacks
    One arm extensions

    1 set of 36 reps of each.
