    My legs are a bit sore, knee is OK except for the patella ....

    Today was 40 min fasted cardio and shoulders.

    Frontal raises
    Shrugs
    One arm lateral raises
    Reverse flys
    Shoulder press

    1 set of 40 reps
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.

    Fasted cardio again. Treadmill this time, 35 min at 8 km/h, 15% incline, 520 cals burnt. That felt great!

    I added 100 push ups, 100 dips, 100 squats and 100 lunges (50 each leg).

    No ileotibial pain yesterday.

    This morning I did 30' treadmill with a 15% incline and a light chest and back workout.

    Deadlifts
    One arm rows

    Push ups (100)
    Flys
    Press
    Pullovers

    1 set of 45 reps.
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.

    I haven't posted here since the board went down a few weeks ago but I kept working out.

    I was all sore after yesterday's 7 hours patrol. I stretched, took a hot shower, a muscle relaxer and went to bed at 8:30pm.

    Today was 20 min arm bicycle and arms.

    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls
    Wrist curls
    One arm concentration curls

    Dips (100)
    One arm triceps extension
    Kickbacks

    1 set of 45 reps of each.

    Today was fasted cardio, 4 kilometers treadmill, 15% incline, 500 cals.

    Warm up shoulders --- 10 min arm bicycle

    Frontal raises
    Lateral raises
    Shrugs
    Reverse flys

    1 set of 36 reps of each.

    Cool down --- 10 min stepper

    I squatted deeper than usual yesterday and I was really sore this morning.
