    Shoulders/tris

    Frontal raises
    Lateral raises
    Shrugs
    Upright rows
    Reverse flys

    Dips (150)
    Kickbacks
    Seated overhead extensions

    I took it easy today because knee was acting up a bit.

    Fasted cardio
    4.5 kilometers, 7.5 km/h, 15% incline, 500 cals.

    150 push ups
    150 dips
    Abs -- 300 reps

    No gym until Monday. Knee is sore (walking up the stairs with my vest on killed it yesterday) and I work Sunday with all my gear on.

    Since I cannot lift weights all I did today is

    Neck is a bit better but back is still sore and physio told me to skip weights
