Today I did a 3.5 kilometer walk and worked the upper body (2 exercises for chest and back, two for biceps and triceps, 1 for forearms/wrists, 2 for shoulders). 3 sets of 12 reps without rest.

    I just can't stop Arch

I worked out in the garage at 4am and it was already far too hot for me. I was going for 45 min elliptical but stopped after 35 min. I added 50 lunges (25 each leg), 50 squats, 100 push ups, 100 dips and 100 reps ab exercises.

I had physio yesterday (shockwave therapy) and it helped my knee.

I woke up very early today 3:40 am and did 5.5 km on the treadmill (alternating walking at 7 km/h and jogging at 10 km/h).

I have tennis at 4pm (last session of a series of 5). I will stop after today and wait until knee is healed.

I just can't stop. If I do I will stop eating because I need the cardio to burn as many calories as I can.
i started physio (shockwave therapy) two sessions a week. We'll see hiw that works.

I have today off but woke up at 5am and did 4.5 km on the treadmill (nothing strenuous or too invasive for the knee). I also worked the upper body.

    Biceps curls, hammer curls
    Triceps kickbacks, triceps extensions
    Frontal raises, reverse flys, shrugs
    Chest press, pullovers
    Deadlifts
    Abs

I did 50 reps of each exercise, everything back to back (no rest).

2nd physio session of the week later today.
