    Frontal raises
    Shrugs
    Lateral raises

    Arms
    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls
    Wrist curls

    Triceps kickbacks
    Seated overhead extensions
    Dips (100)

    Back
    Deadlifts
    One arm rows

    Chest
    Push ups (100)
    Pullovers
    Db press

    1 set of 36 reps of each

    Abs
    200 reps

    Sciatica is a pain and my physiotherapist is on vacation ....
