    Today was fasted cardio only.

    6 kilometer in 34 min (I did the first 4 in 23 minutes, then 5.5 in 30 minutes).
    I added 20 min arm bicycle.
    Pain is weakness leaving the body.

    I did fasted cardio again today. 4.6 km in 32 min, 515 cals burnt.

    Upper body workout

    Frontal raises
    Shrugs
    External rotations

    Triceps kickbacks
    Triceps extensions

    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls
    Wrist curls

    One arm rows

    Db flyes
    Db press

    Abs (150 reps)

    1 set of 45 reps.

    I felt really weak, it sucked.

    Fasted cardio
    Treadmill -- 5.2 kilometer in a little more than 31 minutes (595 cals burnt). I was terribly slow, legs were heavy and knee was a bit sore.

    Upper body workout

    Push ups (75)
    Db press
    Pullovers

    One arm rows

    Frontal raises
    Lateral raises
    External rotations

    Hammer curls
    Biceps curls
    Wrist curls

    Dips (75)
    Kickbacks
    Extensions

    1 set of 40 reps of each exercise.

    I added 100 air squats.

    I was really tired after the whole week-end on my feet at work.

    My ITBS isn't thanking me for yesterday's run, the pain is pretty bad but that didn't stop me.

    Fasted cardio

    I took it easy -- 5.7 kilometer in 41 min, 540 calories burnt. That wasn't enough. Cool down was a slow walk until I had burnt 705 cals.

    And since I had been up since 3:45am and that I had some time left before riding my bike to work I added a light upper body workout. 1 set of 50 reps of

    Frontal raises
    Reverse flyes

    One arm rows

    Biceps curls
    Hammer curls

    Triceps kickbacks
    Triceps extensions

    Dumbell flyes
    Dumbell presses

    I massaged the ITBS when I got back home but the pain is still there.

    I won't run at 100% for a while that's for sure. The ITBS is still a big pain in the ***

    I will take it easy tomorrow (a slow walk, well slow for me anyway). And I will take the week-end off because work will be busy again.

    Today was fasted cardio but I had plenty of time since I don't have to work.

    I set the treadmill on an automatic program and did 8.5 kilometer, 720 cals burnt. I did the first 8 kilometer in 59 minutes, the rest was a cool down. I stretched for 10 minutes.

    I didn't do anything this week-end except work with all my gear on which killed my back and thighs despite a lot of stretching after my shift.

    Well I took a 5-day break because of that damn virus but now that I got the OK from the doctor, I'm back at it.

    Yesterday was 4.6 kms treadmill in a little less than 35 min (warm up and cool down included). I burnt 520 cals.

    I also worked arms (you know I hate it ....).
