    AM lifting is tough to sustain for me... Hat's off Jahwah. I like cardio in the AM. Seems like you feel good the whole day... Time for bed myself...

    1/7 No Lifts Today or yesterday as Life Happens so back at it tomorrow. Was able to get a second w/o in on 1/5 with 30 min treadmill at 8% incline keeping HR around 136bpm. Also played racquetball with daughter for half and hour working up a good sweat.

    1/6 (yesterday) did 35 min treadmill for 2.5 miles. Like I said, nothing I can fit in today due to life but plan on hitting chest and arms tomorrow 0500.

    135 x 6 I think hitting the 135 for 20 in the beginning smoked out my tris which i proved later on in my workout

    Incline Dumbbell

    Cable Fly's

    Tricep rope Extensions
    63.5 x 12 x 3

    Weighted Dips w/45
    Did three barely struggling to press back up, shrugged it off, tried again got one deep with a press back up and i was done. My chest/tris were spent, could barely hold my own weight.

    Tri extension machine
    95 x exhaustion

    Wasnt feeling it too much this morning. Im going back at 1700 and will do light cardio and hit any areas i feel i went too light on. Getting oxygen to those muscles then hitting them again has a pretty amazing effect. I know my muscles are def confused when i hit two a days and they let me know it the next day...

    It's understandable. You, Bigun, and other AM lifters really have to get the blood flowing and the muscles warmed up to prevent an injury. We all do, but the body is just stiffer that early. I'm sure you are pre-exhausted by the last set... Numbers never tell the whole story... I concur you're looking good

    Awesome work. If u don't mind me asking, what is ur 1 rep max for deadlift. U must have been sore and beat after doing all the reps before u tried for the 405. Even after all the
    at work and then hitting the 225 for ur final set must have been brutal. I give u credit because deadlifts kill me. That's why I have been trying to do them every week now
