    Mon 12/14


    Lunges 4x25
    Shoulders
    Scrape Press Fatbar band 8 sets starting at 16 reps adding more bands and changing tension until repped out at 6.
    Face pulls 2x12, 2x16, 2x20
    6 ways 3x15

    db curl 4x10-16
    Tri-X cbl rope 5 sets emphasis on squeeze and pump. Reps ???

    TKE 2 sets 1st set 20, 2nd set until knee stabilizers no longer stable..

    1st set always just to ensure I'm feeling the muscle how I want. Lt. weight and reps not important.. rest of sets are just about hitting intensity level... Actually I only counted on 2 lifts lunges and 6-way. The rest I may have a number of reps in mind, but I may fall short or go over... Just the way it is right now. Some numbers are just targets.. I give up counting anymore, sorry.. One reason I waffled starting a new log....

    Three things matter. Bench press (shoulders-triceps), Squat (hamstrings-core), Deadlift (glutes-back) and FORM !!

    If I can stay together. I want to compete up to 60 (2017).. record books are wide open. All I'd have to do is stay awake and not miss my turn... LOL

    Dec. 15 Tues

    Recovery day. Walked enough at work..


    arm circles small,med forward and reverse
    windmills
    battling ropes short of fatique

    Inversion table 60 degrees 10 min


    My plan? Bench is hit or miss due to shoulders and elbows. Counting on 255 maybe 275 would be sweet. So I need to make the difference up squatting and deadlifting. If I can squat in the low 400's and deadlift around 525 at 198. 1180-1200 raw total and I'll be happy. It's doable. I need to stay clean or TRT levels so my muscles don't overshadow my tendons.. It's like being 18 and trying to find my natural abilities all over again... This log should be motivation. You guys always motivate me....

    Wed 12/16. Deadlift

    ballistic warmup. OH squats with broom handle.

    front squats. 135x3x2, 135x8x3, 225x5x5, 225x3x4
    good mornings. 135x12 Kept doing sets of 12 until I could only do 8 reps
    pullups. x11, x10, x6. v-handle lat pulls. AMAP
    dips wrist wraps 100+++
    db shoulder shrugs 110x2(timed) x3 sets

    foam roll IT band

    one of those days where I was psyched all day to lift until I changed clothes. Than it took me forever to gain back the focus.. I did front squats to focus on keeping the back strait and driving my ass thru the bar. I paused for 3 sec. on as many reps as I could, like a deadlift, and stopped when I started driving forward instead of upright.. Good mornings completed my training for deadlifts.. I don't deadlift every week. I can't progress that way.. More conjugate system keeps me fresher.. Pull-ups I can't extend all the way down without feeling it in my shoulder, but I'm so tired of Lat pulls, so I lower myself until where I feel discomfort almost all the way.. On shrugs I did timed reps. Shrug as long as I can, relax for 10 seconds and shrug again 2 reps for 3 sets.. Dips was just to pump the triceps. Started with sets of 25 and stopped when I couldn't get 10. Quads are burning
