    Understood brother. We're not spring chickens anymore and need to address injuries and give them time to heal. Plus, family always first.

    got into the gym today for a chest workout. I have not touched a weight in 2 weeks. I got home at 0100 this morning from doing a 2 week deployment in North Carolina for water rescue. I did not have time to workout when I was down there. However, here is todays workout

    9/25 Chest
    Bench
    3 sets 135 -8
    1 set 95 - 25
    Cybex Incline
    3 set 120 - 10
    Cable Crossover
    3 set 15 - 12
    45 min. Treadmill
