    wide grip bp 3 sets 155-6
    DB Press 3 sets 50-12
    Rope PD 3 set 70-12

    45 min cardio

    my next meet is 8 1/2 weeks from now, so I will start an 8 week prep on Sunday

    So I am 2 weeks out from my last meet this year. I did a deadlift meet a week and a half ago just to see where my deadlift is. During this prep I am about 6 1/2 weeks in now. My deadlift is about 20lbs increase and my bench is a 10lbs increase. I am also going up a weight class. My last meet back in March I was 163lbs, a week in a half ago I weighed 177lbs.

    It has been ages since I have posted a workout. I have not missed any but here is todays Leg workout

    12/5 Legs
    Squat (320lbs)
    195-5 60%
    210-5 65%
    225-5 70%
    Leg Curl
    3 sets 90-10
    Leg Ext
    3 sets 100-10
    Seated Calf Raise
    3 sets 255-25
    45 min treadmill

    I haven't done legs in a while. I would never be able to do 45 min treadmill after such a workout

    Thanks MG. on leg day I usually go easier on the cardio tho lol

    12/6. Bench day. I have been feeling like crap since Sunday so I am happy it's a deload week however I have been sick and feel wicked weak

    Man this sucks. 2 1/2 years of serious training. Made some awesome gains. Now I have a fractured hand and meeting with the surgeon. Cat scan hopefully next week. I will keep up with my diet and hitting the treadmill. I just can't get fat again and fall off from all my gains. I'm just bummed

    A fractured hand? What have you done?

    Fasted cardio is the way to go, that's what I did years ago when my elbow was in a cast

    So I have been cleared for all training again for the past couple of weeks. I have been going kind of light and just getting back into things. This is my workout from yesteday

    Squats
    185-12
    205-9
    225-7
    Leg Ext
    90-12
    100-9
    110-7
    Leg Curls
    3 sets 80-10
    Seated Calf Raises
    3 sets 255-25
    45min on the treadclimber
