I figured I'd start trying to post my workouts again. Time and family reasons sometimes make it tough. I have been back in the gym since 6/9. I have lost 20lbs and feeling a hell of a lot better. I've had a couple of hiccups along the way that I should have had a bit more progress than I have had but this is a journey and won't happen overnight.
