    LEGS
    Squat 3 sets 225 of 10
    Leg ext 3 sets 9p okc 12
    Leg curl 3 sets 80 of 9
    Seated calf raise 2 set 255 of 25

    Ok, I was able to start lifting again last Thursday. Just light stuff until next Thursday and I can't do legs until next Thursday either. However, i did light deadlifts tonight (I just had too lol). These have been my workouts since Friday.

    4/27 Chest
    Bench 45% 0f 210lbs and green bands ea, side Speed with 15 second rest between sets
    16 sets 95-3
    Swiss Bar
    3 sets 50-12 1 ea. out - middle - in grips
    Incline DB
    2 sets 45 -12

    4/28 Shoulders / Bis
    Swiss Bar Standing Shoulder Press
    3 set 50-10 one grip ea out -middle -in
    Plate Raise
    3 set 25-15
    DB Shrugs
    2 set 70-25
    DB Curls
    3 set 25-12
    Swiss Bar Hammer Curl
    3 set 30-10 one ea grip out - middle - in

    4/29 Back
    Swiss Bar Bent over rows
    3 set 70-15 one ea grip out - middle -in
    T - Bar
    3 sets 110-12
    Deadlift
    3 sets 185-5 with one green band

    45min treadclimber

    swiss bar
    3 sets 70-10 one set ea grip out middle in
    incline DB press

    EZ bar overhead ext

    45 minutes treadmill

    MG, ya. I had an hour to kill both days and was able to just get on the treadmill lol

    After a horrible summer of training, I bought a new log book today and getting back into the swing of things. I am not training for any meets right now, it is only time to get back to training on a more consistence basis.

    8/21 Legs
    Vertical Leg Press
    3 sets 190-15
    Leg Ext
    3 sets 80-12
    Leg Curls
    3 sets 70-10
    Seated Calf Raise
    3 set 255-25

    45 min treadmill
