    Default Road for 2015

    Ok so I tipped the scales at 205lbs on Sunday. The heaviest I've been in about 7 years. I feel like crap and look like crap. I know this is not the season to start dieting but I'm gonna start slowly. I will start eating better during the week but if I have a holiday party on the wkend I'll splurge a little. Also I have been do cardio on and off but haven't hit a weight in about a yr. So if you all don't mind I would like to post my workouts. Got to start somewhere so here I go. Please feel free to comment or suggest anything.

    11/30. Chest

    DB Press
    35-15
    40-12
    45-9
    50-6
    incline DB Press
    35-10
    40-8
    45-6
    Flat bench fly
    20-15
    25-12
    30-9

    12/1
    cardio 45 minute ruck treadmill with 6 bricks in ruck

    So how do you feel after that workout bro? How is your chest today?

    Thanks for checking in 1bigun11. I am still sore. It felt good when I was doing the workout but now I'm sore lol

    Ahhh, and that's the best feeling ever, if I'm not sore I'm pissed, when I have to slide my ass out of bed in AM bcuz I am so damn sore I am one happy SOB. Good luck man and keep at it, work thru the soreness and stay focused,

    Keep this log going, we need more guys posting up workouts, pr's, challenges, anything to get some more people posting around here. Good to see you back at it.

    Hey guys. Thanks for checking in. I took everything off yesterday but I did cardio two days ago and hit shoulders today

    12/2 cardio 35 minutes on treadmill

    12/4 shoulders

    DB Press
    35-12
    40-9
    45-6
    DB Shrugs
    75-12
    80-9
    85-7
    Side Lats Drop Set
    30-6
    25-7
    20-9
    Treadmill 45 minute ruck

    I would like to see you focus on compound exercises for the big muscle groups. When are you going to hit your back, lats, and legs?

    Thanks Chuck. You are the one that got me over to this site. I have also done my best gains in the past with your guidance so if u see anything just tell me what you think.

    1bigun11 thank you for for checking in brother. I meant to write back yesterday but my 24 at the fire station was out of control. I'm actually going to do a split to start like this.
    day 1 chest
    day 2 shoulders
    day 3 legs
    day 4 arms
    day 5 back
    its a split that worked really well for me in the past considering my schedule at the fire house. I will not go more than 3 days hitting the weights without a rest day either. Like yesterday I was supposed to do arms but unfortunately I got to the station early to workout but ended up having to jump a call so I never got the workout in so I had to do arms today. This week was just a week to get back into it. I know it's going to take time but u have to start somewhere. If u see anything or can recommend anything please let me know

    also for the next month I'm just using the gym at the station. I will go back to mph gym right after XMAS.
