    Legs
    did 8 for 405 never went higher I was shaky legged and wobbly. I did wrap my knees also no belt I never use a belt it's a comfort thing.

    I did start some pep***es this week ghrp6 and I think Monday I'm gonna add 200 migs cyp every ten days again

    Nice Oz. How's the weight loss going.. It's gonna take time...

    As long as your erectors are strong. To most people belts are just a security blanket... The feeling of filling up your stomach with air and press out against the belt rather than filling up the lungs is tough to master. You may want to look into a pair of single ply briefs if you are using a wide stance... It'll save some wear and tear on you hips... You don't have to use them all the time, but you could.

    Thanks for the advice I'll look into the briefs. The weight loss has stopped but I'm adding more cardio Monday. And mrs oz bought me some good stuff to eat and is taking this diet into her own hands. I just have to stop sneaking Reese's peanut butter cups LOL

    I don't think the Reese's are helping if you get the briefs let me know I have a hip problem and haven't been able to hit my legs like I want too.

    Inzer makes briefs. EliteFTS, Titan a lot of companies make.. It's not "powerlifting gear" although just about every powerlifter I know uses them and they are considered powerlifting gear. Used especially for wide stance squatting.... The just allow you to go heavy without all the constant wear and tear on the hip joint... Personally, I like the longer waist. Easier to help sink into and the give some core support.....

    Logical thinking is you need to strengthen the hips to have a big squat, but reality is you just wear your hips out, or worse weaken them to the point of injury........
