    We have a very similar body type so yeah please follow along. Like I said I'm gonna feel like I have aids or something but it will be worth it. I haven't been under 200lbs in 15 years

    Oz... I just got a monolift..... You can still use the rack if you want to walk it out, but for chains and bands the monolift is the way to go.....Especially after WE wrap your knees. plus, with the height adjustment you can get into a perfect setup everytime....

    Hopefully you can be the strongest 198 Raw Open Division in the state..

    Back again today deads bent over rows pull-ups lat pulls and lower lat rows

    I went to 365 for reps in deads today I think I want to incorporate half rack pulls. Only problem I have at this gym (YMCA) is that they ride me kinda hard for being rough in equipment. Even though I donate a shit ton of money there cuz of my kids.

    cheated on the diet went Olive Garden and smashed the endless soup and salad LOL

    Rest day tried to eat clean but I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats with skin milk. Rest of my meals have been buffalo/turkey/eggs/ff Greek yogurt and some Doritos

    Low carb no carb has sucked the strength from me. I did chest yesterday and struggled with 275. I was fine with 225 and did a simulated meet press where I unracked it brought it to my chest paused for 2 seconds and pressed I did that 10 times in one set. Not sure if that did it or what.

    When i'm rolling super low carb it takes away from my weight and amount of reps, but for me, a low carb regamine with a low dose drol has little to no watery sides and I get a notable strength increase as well. Weird right?
