    So the goal is a powerlifting meet I think this coming year. Gonna start training with no_refills very soon. So here is today's powerlifting like session.

    Keep in mind all I've done is bodybuilding style workouts for almost 20 years. So any advice is helpful.


    Stats 38 yrs old 5' 10" 238lbs. And not a doughy 238 definitely in the teens BF-wise. And clean no gear right now been off for a while too.

    Sunday was was bench abs squats abs dead lifts day.

    Bench max was 365 for 3 only had my left elbow sleeve on
    squat was 495 for 5 knees wrapped
    deads 405 for 6 no wraps

    not it sure how to approach a ORM workout style. Want to cut to 198 even though I think I'll look like I have cancer. I don't have the strength anymore to hang in the heavier weight class. Food has been clean all week even Christmas.
    So guys help me out please.

    If your training with NR you'll do fine, just try and keep up with that mofo! Lol!

    The cut is gonna be the hardest part. I'm down to 236 today already. But I haven't touched a carb since Saturday. So I'm hunger and moody ugh!

    gonna do my best to post at least 4 times a week in this. Ill probably add some drugs in about 4 weeks to keep up or bring back up my strength. Mild though maybe just test when the time comes and when I narrow down a meet ill start adding compounds to add strength. I'll need to find some halo and suspension soon too

    Shoulders tonight. Went 225 standing military press in the cage to protect the kids running around this gym. I know I could have gone higher but the highschoolers were running around. The gym I train at night kinda sucks because it's a family oriented YMCA. My normal gym I hit at 430 am and it's lifter friendly.
    worked all three heads of the delt pretty hard and hit my traps with 2 exercises shrugs at 405 I used my wraps for that and upright ez bar rows

    little eye candy tonight which was nice and some guy that must usually think he is king dingaling kept eye fucking me---sorry bro I wasn't gonna bother with you tonight--but I will say something to his punk ass if he does it again time.
