    Thank you. If I recall, I believe you did get the 385 but not the 425. Soon though!

    5/16. Chest / triceps

    6-way shoulder. 5lb db. As many sets and reps as it took to get loose. My quess is about 100 total reps.

    Overhead press. 95x10x2, 145x8x2, 165x5, 145x6
    db bench. 80x8, 90x8, 105x5, 80x12
    Wtd. Dips. 20lb chains. 2x12, 3x10, wrap wrist 5x7, 4x8
    Tricep pushdowns V-handle. 3 sets. Weight and reps to get a good squeeze and pump.

    Snarky can only press overhead using 25's or bands. At 5'7-1/2" I don't have that problem

    Feel better since I got off tren and catching up on my sleep. Life is getting in order as well. It's been about 5 weeks since my mother had ahernia operation, caught pnuemonia, and suffered a pretty major stroke over a 3 day period. My life has been work, sleep and eat when I can, lift, and visit her at the rehab facility. Little time for much else. I was on easy street when my last child moved out. For the 1st time I'm feeling my age. Could be worse. Could always be worse. Not complaining, and I apologize if I have acted fucked up lately. That's off my chest.

    5/17. Legs


    Step-ups 20". 2 warmup sets. 5 working sets 10-12 reps alternating between using the bar, or bands
    Ab wheel 4 sets 12-16 reps
    T-K-E. 2 sets 16 and 20 reps
    HIT intervals on the VersaClimber..

    A lite workout today. Probably stay lite all week leading through the holiday weekend to give the body a chance to recover. To many days of heavy singles and training to failure.

    I feel pretty good about competing... Not saying that I even know if I will make it to the stage? But at my age the number of competitors is probably not that many... My diet has been irregular lately.. If anything I'm not getting enough... I'm trying to slowly add back some size/strength through how I'm training. Maybe to lean right now..

    After this weekend I'll start working on posing and taking some videos to see where I should put more focus.. I'll have to make some real sacrifices and try not to go over the top. Certain supplements I just can't tolerate for very long, but I won't let that discourage me...

    Declines aren't that bad.. just roll the bar down the safeties, prop it on my diaphragm and drive.. It's a short easy stroke... But I took it easy on shoulders, and I'll probably just do bb hack squats with back and core tonite. Those will keep the weight down plus they will help on driving my ass and shoulders as one piece... Not sure if it's the rack pulls of what, but lately I've been letting my ass fly up and my deadlifts look more like RDL's.. NOT what I want to see... I think deficit DL and bb hacks should help...
